My experience with Nia was extraordinary. I had previously worked with other agents and when I found Nia (thank God I found her) I was already tired of unsuccessful efforts of getting a home. I was discouraged by all the other agents that in my opinion did not make all the effort on helping me. Nia was a total different experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I only went to see homes with Nia twice and the miracle happened my offer got approve and I was able to buy my first home. She's the only agent that I know is available 24/7 and I mean she is really available at all times, she's great at answering text messages, phone calls, emails. If you send her a message at midnight be ready to receive a reply within minutes or a reasonable time. I mean I could probably go on and on describing my pleasant experience with her but maybe it's time for you to find out yourself of what a great real estate agent she is. If you don't want to waste time looking and get overwhelmed with the process of buying a house give her a call. She'll make the process easier, smothered, and an overall pleasant experience.

Bought a Single Family home in 2019 in Calumet City, IL.
Nia Sawyer was the BEST, SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL, COMPATIONATE, PATIENT AND HONEST. SHE WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND I WILL SUGGEST HER SERVICES. I contracted 3 homes and put earnest money on one, I decided I didn't want the house and she did all foot work canceling the contract and getting my earnest money back and helping get a house appraised at $100,000 for $68,000 with every amenity I wanted, including brand new water heater, stainless steel appliances, and new roof, 2 bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a basements best of all my mortgage is $800.00 a month and it includes my taxes. God blessed Nia Sawyer in my life and for that I am so grateful.

I really can not say enough about Nia and the AMAZING work that she put forth to ensure that I walked away not only having exactly what I wanted, but also feeling good every step of the way and being satisfied and happy. Nia is STILL checking in on me to see how I feel about my home purchase and it's been more than a month after closing. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone that I know and say to strangers willing to listen, that she's an awesome broker who knows what she's doing and will get you into the home you DESERVE. I have been wanting to relocate back to Chicago for a while and it has been difficult locating a home on my own remotely with COVID and everything happening so I reached out to Nia after someone recommended her.
